A short, deliberate list of single-origin honeys. Each jar names its botanical source, its region and its harvest, so the flavour on the label is the flavour in the jar. Choose by aroma, by texture or by the table you are setting.

Whole pistachio, almond, walnut and dried fig folded through honey in small batches. The blends are made to be spooned over labneh, yoghurt, cheese or warm bread — a breakfast table and a gift in the same jar. Allergens are declared on every label.

Rigid boxes lined and finished by hand, holding honey, saffron or both. Choose a box, add a printed card and a ribbon, and we will pack it so it arrives ready to hand over. Suitable for Ramadan, weddings, corporate thanks and the quiet occasions in between.

Whole stigmas only — no powder, no filler. The threads are graded by length and colour, then sealed in tins and sachets that keep light and air away from them. A few threads are enough for rice, broth or a dessert; the tin is small on purpose.
