Description
Negin is the grade selected for long, deep-red stigmas with almost no yellow style, and this one is grown in Khorasan. The aroma is strong and opens as soon as the container does. Choose the weight that suits how often you cook with it, and keep it closed, dark and dry.

Very good, jar is smaller than I pictured
No complaint about the honey itself — the texture is exactly what I wanted. I simply misjudged the size from the photo, so check the weight before ordering.
Worth the price
I use it every morning and a little goes a long way. The jar is heavy glass and the lid closes firmly, which matters in a humid kitchen.
